Pickle dip: a party fav

I'm off to a work picnic today and this is a dip that was requested! It is very often demanded after I have brought it just once... Healthy? Not really but can be made any time if the year!

Large jar of pickles, chopped
1 7oz block of cream cheese,  softened
1 small container or top the tater spur cream and chives
Dried corn beef,chopped

Soften cream cheese in bowl and combine all other ingredients.
Chill over night avail but at least for a couple hours. Serve with any dipping chips or crackers thick enough for a hardy dip.

  1. I make this all the time, but I've never added top the tater! That's a good idea! I will def be trying it next time
