Beef stroganoff

Fall is here and so is crock pot cooking.....
2-3 lbs chuck roast beef, cubed
2-3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 7 oz cheese cheese
 1 cup sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2tsp paprika
1 tsp minced garlic

Mid cream cheese, sour cream and soup. Pour over all other ingredient in crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Before serving toss with cooked  egg noodles. Hubby rating 7

Found this on Pinterest and changed it a little.....so good even as left overs! Sorry no pic..
