Chicken pitas with homemade dipping dressing

Back to cooking a little....Tonight's dinner:
3 Grilled chicken breasts: marinaded in 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, 3 chopped green onions & dash of lemon pepper. (marinade all day)
1/2 cup cheery tomatoes, halved
1 heart of roman lettuce, chopped
4 pitas
*Slice grilled chicken & stuff all ingredients into pita.
Homemade Olive oil dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Dijon mustard
*Mix all together into blender. Chill and serve as dipping sauce or salad dressing.
