Breakfast yum

A bloggin break: I have been so busy with work/family/mommy! I have been really trying to soak up everyone min of AC and Im loving it!

So now back to cooking right??
My good friend Angie from college brought over this really delicious quiche after I had Adrian! We ate it for breakfast everyday for the next week....
Swiss Cheese Quiche
Pie crust for 9 inch pie crust
1 tbls butter softened
2 cups heavy or whipping cream
4 eggs
3/4 tsp salf
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
(you can add onion, sausage or bacon too)
About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 425. Prepare pie crust in 9 inch pie plate. Spread crust with butter. In medium bowl whisk cream, eggs, salt until well blended. Stir in cheese bacon and onion. Pour into crust. Bake for 15 mins at 425, then 35 at 325. Done when knife comes out clean.
