Now onto more Recipes.....
Confession Time: I made this recipe this week and was really excited about it.... but the problem was that I didn't read the directions right and cooked the meatballs without the water & soup over them....result? VERY dry meatballs! The fix? Put meatballs into crockpot (which I planned on doing for the hubby's dinner that night) and pour marinara sauce on top. Later I cooked noodles and served together! Yum.. but I know they would have still been better cooked the right way...... all cooks have their mess ups right? Its how you improvise that can find an even better twist! :)

Porcupine Meatballs
1 1/2 cup cup uncooked minute rice
1 lb hamburger
1 large can tomato soup
1 egg
1 small onion, grated
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup milk
*my add: cooked noddles & tomato marinara sauce*

Mix everything except the tomato soup and water. Shape into balls (I used my scooper again) and drop into baking dish. Pour the tomato soup and water in baking dish and bake for 1 hour @ 350. When done, cut your meatballs and pour the tomato soup over your meatballs.
Keep on Cooking!!

  1. Nutella! It's a spread with the consistency of peanut butter, but it is made from hazelnuts and chocolate. It is really good, but you may not like it because of the chocolate. Maybe worth a try, though! It's good spread on graham crackers.
