Roast beef and mushroom stroganoff

1 cup, thinly sliced roast beef
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbl minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
4 cups egg noodles
Olive oil
Dash of paprika
Pepper and salt to taste

Cook noodles per package. Sauté roast beef, onion garlic and mushrooms in olive oil on meduim heat till tender. Set aside in a bowl. Spoon soup and chicken broth into pan and bring to a simmer. Add mixture and sour cream back to pan. Stir and simmer till warm. Finally toss in noodles and top with paprika.
