Red Pepper Hummus

A great summer time treat.....

1 can chickpeas, drain & rinse.... but reserve 1/4 cup for dip
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 red pepper, chopped
dash of sea salt (or reg...whatever you have)

Throw in blender, chill and enjoy!! I doubled the recipe and brought some with today as AC & I visited my dear friend Alicia's new baby girl!! This is the second I time Ive seen her but the first for AC.... I could tell they will be life long friends just like their momma! haha
