Busy mom? Working mom? Thats me! Plus I am not a fan of breakfast unless its a sit down full eggs, sausage and french toast etc.....So a quick protein full start to my day is what I need. This recipe can be changed up with different fruits, flavor of protein or even coconut milk. Either way it gets my system going in the AM & is really yummy @ that. (It can also be subbed for a fulling snack or even meal if on the go)½ cup vanilla full-fat yogurt
1-2 cups fresh or frozen (no sugar added) fruit
¼ cup almond milk
1 scoop whey protein powder
*Yummy & Gluten free for The Hubby!!
