Panko chicken & lemon sauce:
2-3 chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 cup panko
1 tsp minced garlic
olive oil
3 lemon slices

*Boxed wilded rice mix
Pound chicken breasts into thin layers. Beat egg in bowl and add garlic. Dip in flour, egg and then panko. Warm med. sauce pan at medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 mins on each side in oil olive and sauce pan. Heat oven to 350, top chicken with lemons and bake for 30-40 mins. Serve with rice and a side of lemon sauce. YUM!
