Baby its cooler outside??

Hey there, well its cooler & rainy out....so a good MN hotdish it is. This recipe is so easy, even AC could make it! haha!

Tator Tot Hotdish

1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained

1 sm can corn and juice

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup chopped fresh carrots

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/2 lrg bag Tots

*Mix top 5 ingredents into 8x8 glass baking dish. Top with Tots and bake @ 350 for 45mins. I pre-bake the Tots for about 20 mins on a baking sheet before, it just makes them really crispy and not soggy in the end.

*I have to share something Im obsessed with! Franks RedHot hotsauce.... I have been putting it on everything.. pizza, nachos, cottage cheese & even this hotdish tonight.... NO Im not pregnant! Its just has the perfect hot taste with alittle bite!Keep on Cooking!!

  1. Tater tot hotdish (or Totdish, as I call it) is always good! That's funny, I have been obsessed with Frank's lately too! It really is good on everything! I love it on pizza.
