Peppers & Pasta last night.....

1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 onion, chopped
olive oil
1 jar fettuccine sauce
1/2 box of noodles of choice
*add grilled chicken or steak

Heat oil on medium heat, saute peppers, onion and garlic till tender. Drain, add sauce and heat till warm. Meanwhile cook noodles per pkg, drain and toss in warmed sauce. Serve with french bread & dipping sauce.

The Hubby's fav dipping sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
dash of garlic salt or onion powder (optional)
