Hi there... Happy April 1st! I DON'T like April fools day so you wont be getting any fools from this lady... something about being tricked is not to exciting to me! But I am looking forward to Easter... I love holidays and of course it opens up the door for some cooking...plus its looking like its going to be in the 70s in MN this weekend! :)
These are the eggs I am bringing to Grandpa's house:
6 hard-cooked eggs (I plan on making about 10)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tbs miracle whip and vinegar
De shell eggs, cut in half and slip out yolks. Mash yolks with fork and mix in seasoning and whip mix. Spoon back into whites with spoon or scoop. Top with bacon, ham, chopped green onions or paprika!
