2 boneless chicken breast
3/4 cup ceasar dressing
1/2 tbls lemon juice (fresh)
1 red pepper, cut into slices
1 yellow or green pepper, cut into slices
2 green onions, chopped
2 cups greens
1 cup spinach
2 flour or veggie tortillas large
Marinate chicken in dressing, lemon juice and 1 green onion chopped over night or couple hours. (I put it together in the AM for PM dinner) Grill chicken and sliced peppers till fully cooked. (Slice chicken into strips or chunks) Toss greens, spinach, rest of chopped green onion in bowl and lay on top of both tortillas evenly. Top with cooled chicken and peppers on top, add any extra dressing (DO NOT reuse the marinate!) and wrap!
