- Bow tie Pasta (I use about 1/2 - 3/4 of the box, depending on how big the crowd is)
- 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can sliced olives
- Grated & Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
*org recipe called for artichokes and sun dried tomatoes too, but I might have forgot to get them at the store haha.
Cook noodles per pkg. and while cooking chop other ingredients. Cool pasta and toss in about 1/3 cup dressing. Add peppers, broccoli, olives and chill in frig for 4-6 hours. Add cheese and more dressing to liking before serving!
