Grilling season has officially started! Then tonight while making burger patties I decided to mix it up:
Cheese filled burgers...
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of cheese
chopped mushrooms (quick fix: small can of mushrooms)
sliced onion
cooked bacon
3 buns & burger fixings
Split beef into 3 even balls. Then split each ball into 1/2 and flatten into hamburger patty mold. Lay cheese
(mushrooms/onions for me & bacon for The Hubby) and then sandwich flat the other 1/2 into mold. Shake out and lay on plate. Make 3 large burgers and grill.
