Steak Fajitas with Bacon Cheese Ranch Sauce
2 steak cuts
1/2 pkg of taco or fajita seasoning
2 cups pre-cut veggies (green/red/yellow peppers and onions)
8 flour totillas
2 strips of bacon chopped (short cut: use some bacon bits)
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
1/4 cup of mexican chesse blend, shredded
Season the steaks with seasoning. Heat a grill pan or saute' pan and cook both steaks on both sides. Cook steaks untill they are done as you like and set aside while you saute' vegetables. Meanwhile mix ranch dressing, bacon and cheese in bowl. Slice steaks into thin slices and serve with warmed tortilas and pour dressing mix over top.
Healthly twist: Cook steak and vegetables as listed above, and top shredded lettuce with. Drizzle with fat free ranch dressing.
Hubby rating: 7 or 8
Enjoy, keep on cooking!!
