Happy Memorial Day: Tortellini pasta salad

 - 1 bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini
-  Bow tie Pasta (I use about 1/2 - 3/4 of the box, depending on how big the crowd is)
- 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can sliced olives
- Grated & Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
*org recipe called for artichokes and sun dried tomatoes too, but I might have forgot to get them at the store haha.
Cook noodles per pkg. and while cooking chop other ingredients. Cool pasta and toss in about 1/3 cup dressing. Add peppers, broccoli, olives and chill in frig for 4-6 hours. Add cheese and more dressing to liking before serving!

  1. that looks so delicious. i am so jelly of your cooking skills and healthy taste buds!!! i am going to fail miserably at dinner time with having a newborn in the home.

  2. Honestly it's not hard if u plan a head and I'm sure u have seen my meal prep days on IG. I plan 3-4 for sure meals when I got to the store and try to use ingredients that can be used for meals maybe two nights in a row
