French dip pitas

2 cups of beef broth
1/2 Lipton onion mix pkg
1/2 lb sliced roast beef
sliced cheese (I used mozzarella)
4 whole wheat pitas, sliced in halves.

Bring beef broth to boil and whisk onion mix in. Lower heat, add meat and simmer. Toast pitas with cheese slices tucked inside. Add meat and serve with broth for dipping.
