A Happy Valentines Day Cookie!

1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg (unbeaten)
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Combined ingredients in order listed Roll into balls and then sugar. Bake at 375 for 8 mins. Take out and press a chocolate kiss on the top until dough breaks. Bake 2-5 mins more. (you can use Hugs or chocolate stars also.) Happy Valentines Day! Honestly its not one of my favorite holidays.... I love to love those close to me everyday! (That couldn't be cornier right?!)
