Chow mein hotdish & such....

Hello! I have been thinking about this blog rut Ive been in...... and I think of lot of it has to do with the fact that I think I need to share NEW recipes all the time. Lets be honest, we all repeat recipes and dinner is not always SO exciting! Ive realized this the more life has picked up and our summer schedule has too. So repeats or new stuff from now on......here is a repeat & a hubby fav:

Chow Mien Hot dish:
1 lb ground beef, cooked
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup (I use what I have, but I like the mushroom better)
1 can of chicken & rice soup
2 or 3 tbls soy sauce
splash of Worcestershire sauce
dash with salt & pepper

Brown beef and set aside. In sauce pan bring water, celery and onion to a rolling boil and pour that with all other ingredients into cooking pan or oven safe dish. Cook @ 350 for 1 hour. Serve on Chow mien noodles.

Keep on Cooking!!
