1 cup chopped red pepper
1 small can chopped blk olive
1 bunch of green onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 blocks 7oz cream cheese
1 pkg ranch dip mix
4 flour tortilla
Soften cream cheese and add all other ingredients. Mix till fully blended and spread thin layer on tortillas. Roll and refrigerate for at least 2 hours... I will over night if can. Slice into 1 inch rolls and serve!
I made these for my holiday party along with pickle wraps with ham/turkey!
