Working retail means long days & quick dinners some nights..... this week Cub foods (our local g. store) has buy 1 get 1 free stuffed pork chops. Tonight I'm so glad I grabbed some Wednesday & would recommend eveyone to do the same! Yummy..... before friends came over tonight the hubby stuffed them in the oven for 20 mins covered @ 350.
